4/5

So, I can't believe I'm actually saying this but...I really liked this book. I was quite surprised by how much I liked it. From the blurb it just sounds like the cheesiest porno ever. She can't come when she's with a man, he's a sex demon...yeah you get the picture. But apart from all the sex (which was A LOT!) there was a very interesting plot that had me hooked and wanting to know what was going to happen next. The characters were intriguing and fun and I really liked them. Tayla was a kick-ass Buffy style chick who had a mouth that packed as much of a punch as her fist. Even though she might seem tough and strong, her back story was quite horrible and I really felt for her. Eidolon (don't know how to pronounce his name!) was a really interesting character as well. Apart from being a smoking hot doctor (who doesn't love a man in scrubs ;)) he was thoughtful, loved his brothers deeply, and actually had some moral values, which is a rarity in the demon world. He also has what every girl loves. Hot brothers! ;) The chemistry between him and Tayla was intense to say the least. They both made mistakes but they both tried to learn from them which is why I think I found myself really liking them. The secondary characters were also very interesting and I can't wait to read their stories. The book is told in 3rd person from multiple POVs so we get an insight into the others and what we can expect to find in their books.

So apart from the fact that there is a sex scene nearly every second page and the fact that it sounds like the cheesiest porno ever, this was a well thought out and enjoyable read. Looking forward to reading the next installment.
