AUTHOR BIO:
I'm not sure if my mother predestined me to become a romance author when she named me after her favorite Kathleen Woodiwiss book, but that's what happened. Now I live and breathe all things books. When I'm not glued to my desk writing, I can be found eating too much chocolate, obsessing over Game of Thrones, and cyber stalking my favorite authors. Keep up with me on Facebook and Instagram. I love hearing from readers!

4/5

Just as good as the first book, Rebounding was an emotional and highly enjoyable read. The book follows Charlotte, who we met in Pretending, and Max. I would definitely recommend reading Pretending before you read this so you can get the full story about what happened to Charlotte.
I didn't really like Charlotte before as she came across as a bit of a bitch but I began to like her in this. I really felt for her and what happened to her. I'm trying not to say what happened cause I don't want to spoil the first book for those that haven't read it. I really liked that she tried to gain some independence and get away from her family and her town. It took her a while but as they say, old habits die hard.
Max I really liked. He tried to come across as distant and cold but really he was a sweetheart. My heart absolutely broke for him for what he has gone through and was still going through. The two of them had great chemistry, they were perfect for each other.

I did enjoy Pretending more because of the treasure hunting aspect but I still enjoyed this one too. A great series with a great cast of characters! Would defo recommend to all you NA contemporary lovers out there :)

COVER REVEAL - No Interest in Love by Cassie Mae

Are you ready for a cover reveal full of How I Met Your Mother GIFS? :D

There's this guy; this actor...

And his balls are so very blue.

He wants that problem rectified. And he has his chance when his agent... this girl here:

...lands him an audition for the next big Rom Com with an A-list actress who is known for really getting to "know" her co-stars.

The audition's on set in Alabama. He's in LA. Flights are grounded, car engine gets flooded, and the fecal matter pretty much hits the fan.

Now he has to get across the country with the girl who drives him nuts.

A girl who doesn't know how to chill out.

A girl who doesn't understand that he's not interested in a relationship now... or ever.

A girl who---as he spends more and more time with her---goes from this:

To this:

And now he has a few more roads in front of him. Play it safe and keep heading toward Casual Fling Lane...

Or take a chance on the unfamiliar feelings that lead down Relationship Avenue.

And *plays drum roll* here's the cover for it!

Blurb:
Readers of Emma Chase are sure to fall for bestselling author Cassie Mae’s All About Love series! In No Interest in Love, Hollywood’s hottest young actor hits the road to chase his big break—and gets caught in a steamy love triangle.

When Jace Carver snags a minor part in his buddy’s zombie flick, he suddenly starts getting noticed all over the place. Even Hollywood megastar Carletta Ocean—known for her extensive “research” with her leading men—wants Jace for her new rom-com. The role could be a game-changer . . . if Jace nails the audition.

As Jace’s agent, Shaylene Kwak is all business—and isn’t about to let her favorite client blow this opportunity. Ever since college, Shay has been immune to Jace’s charm and rock hard body. But long hours in tight company have a way of wearing down even the best defenses. And when their platonic teasing turns into serious flirting, Jace and Shay are no longer able to resist what’s been right in front of them the whole time.

Shay knows Jace’s love-’em-and-leave-’em history with women. She’s not about to be just another notch in his belt. And it’s true, Jace has never wanted more than a one-night stand—until now. But at the end of the line, he’s got a choice: sleep with Carletta and seal the deal . . . or risk his career for a shot at true love with Shay.

Since writing her bestselling debut, Reasons I Fell for the Funny Fat Friend, she has published books with Random House, Swoon Romance, and Tulip Romance. She has a favorite of all her babies, but no, she won’t tell you what it is (mainly because it changes depending on the day). Along with writing, Cassie likes to binge-watch Teen Wolf and The Big Bang Theory. She can quote Harry Potter lines quick as a whip. And she likes kissing her hubby, but only if his facial hair is trimmed. She also likes cheesecake to a very obsessive degree.

BOOK BLITZ - Pixelated by L.S. Murphy @LSMurphy @bloomsburykids

Pixelated
Release Date: 06/30/15
Bloomsbury Spark

Summary from Goodreads:
Senior Year.

Middle of nowhere.

What's the new girl to do?

For Piper Marks, the answer is simple. She’s determined to have her photography rock the cover of National Geographic someday, and moving to Clarkton, Iowa for her last year of high school is not going to stop her. Even if her usual subjects have changed from bright lights and skyscrapers to fields, cows…and more fields.

But when photographer at the local paper quits in a huff, she steps into his spot. Her new job keeps Piper busy capturing tackles, and zooming in on first downs and end zone dances, not to mention putting her directly in the path of varsity football star Les Williams IV. Her new friends warn her off, but she can’t resist the pull she feels toward this mysterious country boy. But this small town is keeping a secret, and it’s one that could destroy any chance they have to be together.

It’s up to Piper to decide what to do with the distorted truth. Can she risk exposing her heart? It might be worth it, 'cause Les is about to change her world from black and white to fully saturated color.
